I have played with maple and LD shafts for the last couple years back and forth and have improved my game a lot. I had an 11.3 MM maple shaft from Keith Hanssen I threw on any 3x8/10 cue I had because it played so well. Then switched to an 11.4 MM OB Pro+ after I had it retapered. It played...

Any cuemaker who tells you to play a few racks and if you don't like the cue to just send it back for 100% refund must be a pretty good guy IMO. I've talked to Chuck a few times and he's always seemed well above a lot of the others. I'll eventually get one of his cues I'm sure.

I feel we're gonna see a lot of collarless sneakies. Best feel in terms of vibrations out of any typical cue IMO.. Nothing really beats it. Every now and then there's a cue that may, but those are few and very far between I think.
