Exactly how I practiced when I bowled. I also believe it's better to spend 2 hours 5 days a week playing, practicing with good results then then 6 hours 5 days a week playing bad. Like you I try to finish on a good note. I also believe in biorhythms. Some days you can't do the things you could do.
