The table is a Gold Crown with the Bosses in the pockets so its not from the pockets. It must be from the break cues.

I have seen them at old-folks homes in the recreation centers a few times. They are attached to the triangles in a way so that when the rack is slid into place the cloth slides out from under it. It has been a while since I have seen this, so my memory is somewhat fuzzy.

In a GC2 they are very thin, and will most likely shatter when you are drilling them. u can just take an awl and tap them and they will break apart, then just clean the hole out.
