but I bet it was bout 2.5mm thick before it was sanded...special on the center... we use heavy duty master sanders to get the stingray ready for production... I have a stingray case coming up very soon... gona be interesting to see;)

that's a very nice grip... and it is very well sanded... scales of stingray are deep ... so don't be mistaken bout thickness.. that grip is about 1mm thick... atleast 1mm

lizzard belly cut or back cut are exactly the same quality... if they are bulky or not it just depends on how the hide was tanned n treated while in crust form... u can have a big lizzard with large scales feeling very soft n flat ... but that depends if it has been hot pressed or not... baby...

zen tips... r owned by n ex partner of kamui... this fish was sold to me by Jeff de Luna ... if u buy a mezz cue... exceed series ... it comes with a zen... tips r excellent... but all depends on each idividuals taste or feel..

shark ain't any good as a grip/ wrap... stay away from sharks...Keith cues r too good to be wraped with an un-even skin...toughest skin in the world..Dificult to work with...
