I don't consider pool on a bar table to be pool

One of the biggest problems in pool all the division. This is a great sport on a seven, eight or ninefoot table. Big tables have there challenges but the small ones do as well. We all have our preferences I personally hate nineball. Break and run out has become all to common regardless of it...

Long Term Playing Cue, not collector cues...

I play with a Gilbert cue have for years and I see no reason to change. I do have another on order from Andy. But its another simple four point linen wrap traditional playing cue as well.

When did you know you were ready to gamble?

Macguy some of the best lessons I have learned were while I was playing someone with more game than me. You will never know just how good your game is and how you handle getting your ass handed to you until it happens. I would think that would be pretty easy to understand.

When did you know you were ready to gamble?

I also must agree with DaveM enter some big tournaments and get overmatched a time or two. This I feel will help your game far more than gambling and maybe be a stepping stone to prepare you to gamble.

    Holy Schick ?

I have always wanted one of Bills cues but they are purely for the collector now. Probably couldn't get the man to build a player. And why would he his cues are in high demand and he has no trouble selling them. Why build ten cues for 1k when you can build one for 10k. Shooter you and I have...

    Horn Joint

Iam ready to have a new cue built. Nothing over the top four point, Irish linen wrap just a nice solid player. My question have any of you guys owned or played with a horn jointed cue? What are your opinions on this material? I have a large piece of Axis deer horn that would work. I was going...
