    Would you spend 10 bucks

There are plenty of bars that charge a cover on certain nights of the week/certain events. Tons of bars around my area charge cover for fight nights. Just the way it is. No chance I would go complain to the owner that I'm not interested in the fight, so I shouldn't have to pay the cover.

    Your thoughts on taper roll?

This has been discussed ad nauseum here, but my favorite way to explain my way of thinking on it. Imagine you have a straight, steel rod that rolls perfectly flat on the table. Now, take a file, and file away pieces of metal from one side. Now when you roll the steel rod, light shines...

    Szam Tribute

The top is a Balabushka. The bottom is a Herman Rambow. I wonder if George knew hew was just making copies... Either way, under no circumstances will I be passing my cue off as an original Szam...which would be difficult with the name on the forearm ;) You say, "tomato," I say, "I'm very...

    Szam Tribute

I'm not sure of the original veneer colors, so the ones in my cue were of my choosing....and of course, an ivory joint and leather wrap :)

    Are break cues nessessary '?

My break cue has a lot harder tip than my playing cue. Also, I'm not going to lean into a break with big pin, ivory joint cue and ivory ferrule.
