    The USPS Strikes Again!

Not always...some package handlers figure if it isn't leaking...pass it on through. As I previously mentioned...worked the damaged packages with FedEx for several years. Having done that...and having a criteria for allowing or denying 'insurance'...I would definitely have denied this one as...

    The USPS Strikes Again!

I live in a very small town...so I have to pick my mail up at the P.O. I have known the Asst Postmaster for years and years. She noticed the box's condition straight away. I did not have to sign for the box. She told me she hoped everything was okay inside...but to let her know if it wasn't...

    The USPS Strikes Again!

So...the ol' man decided to do something nice for me, and got me a badly needed new 1x2 case, which arrived on 7/3. The shipping box arrived crushed, but upon initial cursory inspection before I had to head out to work...the case appeared to be okay. I was very delighted. So, I get home from...

    AZB Victim sympathetic hotline! !!!!!!!

Not really sure why this yahoo thought he could come here and get away with it unscathed...especially given how hyper-vigilant we are to scammers currently. More and more I am becoming convinced that I will likely never do business here on AZB again...just not worth the stress and headaches...

Get Rid of that Measle Ball!

I own a blue circle, red circle and measle cue ball....personally, I think y'all are wayyyy over thinking it. You must be able to adapt to all ball and table conditions. Unfortunately, pristine equipment is not the norm.

Tascarella blue veneer Ivory diamonds bushka rings leather wrap

He initially posted in the Main forum. As a new member, he had the opportunity to introduce himself and at that time ask what the guidelines were for listing items for sale. He would have received the info, had he simply requested it. He may well be sincere...but jumping right into a sales ad...

I have repeatedly given credit on the original 'moosehead' design to Spinali. I simply set out to make a leather version for myself that would be kinder and gentler on my shafts than the import knock-offs which are flimsy and full of mold seams. Mine is every bit a knock-off...the difference...

My thought on that is...if you HAVE to copy something else, do it at least as well, if not better, than the original.

Oh...FYI...these are almost indentical in size to the original Spinali bridge heads. These are not oversized, so fit in a case pocket like the originals. They're just thicker in depth.

Lol! Well, haven't actually gotten brave enough to try tooling yet...but I will keep your request in mind!!

That was my understanding as well...they only have the leather inserts...not full leather like their Corona. I did check their website before doing this, on the off chance I decided to make a 'go' of mine. And since they are not identical...there should not be an issue, hopefully. I feel bad...

The diameter isn't so much the issue with the grommets as is the depth. Laminating four layers of 4-5 oz tooling leather is fairly thick...as thick as the Corona bridge is. Makes for a nice, stable bridge. Just got word that Tiger may be working on something similar...which kinda bums me out...

No, Sean. I found an extra one in one of my old Instroke cases about a year or two ago, and they are the Corona replacement grommets that can be purchased separately from Tiger. I have an original Spinali bridge head, and one of the first Corona leather bridge heads as well. They are what...
