Are there many scamers here on AZ trying to steal peoples cues?

Doesn't matter whether you are a trusted seller or not...in today's W/FS environment, escrow is insurance for both sides. Unless you are dealing with someone you are dead nutz sure about...escrow is the only way to go anymore. When you're talking about the potential to lose hundreds to...

If you would wrap this cue - what wrap you use?

Sell the cue and buy one with a wrap. Covering that wood would be a travesty. Once the wrap groove is cut, there's no going back. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk

Gold Memberships? How 'bout AzB Dealer Memberships!?!?

At the current state of the W/FS, that may not be such a bad thing...getting rid of what has become freeBay. It might alleviate some headaches for Mike and Jerry. At least on eBay, the playing field is level, and the rules are enforced. Sent from my SPH-L710 using Tapatalk

Here we go again - Another bad seller thread

Do me a favor...and keep my name out of your mouth...you are quickly attaining stalker status with me, and I will not put up with it. You could have made the same point without bringing me into it...but instead you choose to take pot shots at me every chance you get in a thread.

Here we go again - Another bad seller thread

I must be a liar then...LoL! I have always described my cues sold here as accurately as humanly possible, and at the very least knew the joint pins and types, along with materials used. Where a Letter of Provenance was provided by the maker...it was used as reference for the specs, and...

Here we go again - Another bad seller thread

Why is it such a difficult concept to grasp that if you're going to sell cues on AZB, you had better damn well know a thing or two about cues?! You do not simply rely on the information passed to you from a previous owner, unless of course, you have a Letter of Provenance from the maker. You...

What or who is a flipper?

Nope....have no issue whatsoever with Murray...he made me a cue in a reasonable amount of time, given the understanding that he was not a full-time maker, and had a primary business and family that came before building cues. He built me exactly what I wanted. I would still recommend him highly...

What or who is a flipper?

No, that is not what I am saying, at all. I am sure that the maker would have honored his commitment at some point...I kinda got bummed watching people who got on the list after me getting their cues a head of me, but I was still willing to wait it out, because from others who had received...

What or who is a flipper?

I have just come to the sad fact that there are certain maker's cues I will never be able to afford to own. I got on one maker's list about 10 years now. At that time, the wait was not as long as it is now. I wanted one of his cues, because he had a reputation for making THE players' cue...

Questionable/shady dealings here on az opinions wanted

I get that...and it is an interesting development. For sure there is not one of us that is perfect, myself included.

Here we go again - Another bad seller thread

Because some people only play with certain pins. Since the pin is a major component in a cue's construction, it is considered a spec, and should be noted correctly.

Questionable/shady dealings here on az opinions wanted

While this may well be an interesting twist in the saga...it still does not negate the initial handling of this deal, as the 'issue' was still an unknown element.

Questionable/shady dealings here on az opinions wanted

This has been a train-wreck almost from the start. The OP entered into a deal, in good faith, and fulfilled his end of the deal honorably. On the other end, it was a mess, plain and simple. A cue was offered up, that had been previously promised to someone else. This party wants to now undo...

Here we go again - Another bad seller thread

If you're gonna make it your 'business' to buy and sell cues, you better damn well know how to tell the difference from one pin to another. You cannot rely on what a previous owner stated...you need to be educated on what is you are selling. The pin size is not a minor detail. If you're gonna...

which portable pool cue holder is safe to not dent my new bought baby

I have been through a LOT of cue holders, and my favorite one to date to hold a single cue is a Cue Dude Portable Cue Caddy. It is made entirely of rubber, is easily packable, and fits just about any table or bar edge, since it is flexible. Best of all...they are very affordable...but are...

LF ~ Cue Dude Rubber Cue Holder ~ Black Only

As the title states, looking for a Cue Dude rubber cue holder in solid black only. Left mine behind at a pool room in Seattle many moons ago, and would like to replace it. Been through a lot of cue holders in my day, and it is by far my most missed item. Thank you! Lisa
