    Paper micarta vs linen micarta

Wanted to bump this old thread, as I've recently been in a "discussion" on Facebook regarding this material and have since performed my due diligence of research. I have spoken to some of my resources new and old, including knife makers and plastics guys; and also performed chemical research...

The old undying ball cleaning quest/ion. Again.

It's higher than that; around 3000-3500. But, yes, it is abrasive.

    Pool Cue Case

The only thing I can recommend, is do NOT skimp on a case. Many players will spend a thousand on a cue, then turn around and put it in $100 case with no joint protectors. Save up, and purchase a nice case to protect your instrument. I do not care for the man, but I cannot say enough good things...

Ed Robinson Custom Cues - new builder

Yes, he would sell a butt only; price would be $300. Yes, he is continually building. He has a stash of would if you're looking for a specific combination. On the full core cues, it's joined by a threaded tennon and a brass pin, core to core. The purple heart has the same threaded tennon with...

Ed Robinson Custom Cues - new builder

Ed Robinson, my dad, has recently set up his own cue shop to keep himself busy in retirement. Here are a few he's finished up, that are really too nice for eBay. Each comes with one shaft, or a second can be made for an extra $100. Each cue's weight can be changed if the buyer wishes, as well...

FS: Joss West one-of-a-kind 4 pointer

Nice JW one-of-a-kind confirmed by Bill and made while in Colorado Springs. The white butt sleeve is NOT ivory. Two shafts natural ferrules: one is 12.9 the other 12.4. Small taper roll in the middle of the shafts. Nothing leaves the table, and does not affect play. Just being transparent...

    Wanting Joint Protectors Made

Wouldn't let Baxter change the tire on my car. I ordered a 3 piece set from him with coins; cost me over a hundo. What was delivered can only be described as turds with joint pins.

Want Respect in Pool? Be a Man.

Emily hurt the game/sport that gave her a steady paycheck. Never bite the hand that feeds you. I lost most of the respect I had for her.
