What kind of shaft is it? Is it a solid maple or HP2, Alpha or Wd700? It is very common to see Mezz shaft around 4.2oz or more. Heavy shaft helps the front end stay down and not float during a shot. But 4.76 is kinda very heavy. How big is the shaft?

Try using a bigger diameter shaft e.g. bigger than 13.25mm or denser front end shaft. The down fall is that when you are stretching/reaching a cueball further away from you, your brigde lengthened hence it will effect you shot with english especially when you speed up the cue ball. 13.1 to...

Go with dark coco nose and tulip points. With white for outer venneer and black for inner venneer to make it pop. :)

I got a light used Titlist by Toeboy. Two full shafts. The butt got a buzz sound. I suspect it is the weight bolt. But I can't see the weightbolt. You need to have it send to Toeboy or any cuemaker to sort that out. Will sell for $680 Shipped via Fedex. Let me know if you are interested.

Only one shaft. Leather wrap. Bought here on AZ somewhere mid of last year (July/August). Overall cue looks brand new and the shaft looks brand new. I only test a few balls on it then it was put away. Shoot me an offer on this one and we go from there if you are interested in this cue.
