AGREED,, it is a great place.. the equipt. is top notch. some tables with tight pockets. great players. and good people. what else does it need... nowhere else to go around here.. surely not with all he has to offer ... he will stay open till may 1st. people should check this place out..

smoking ban / liquor liscence... find a pool hall these days with no bar... this place went from packed in the winters with a waiting list, to starving.. i would rather stay out of the bars and stay off bar box's. the just pool halls were killed by the smoking ban :( i used to shoot at palos...

The Pool Loft in Joliet IL. is closing its doors after about 15 years and is selling thier tables, lights chairs house cues everything must go. he does have a price list.. he has 8 gold crown III's,a sams billiards barbox. and all the other stuff... chair's cues ect.... for $2200 you get a gold...

Jackie Gleason and Paul Neuman made the shots except for the 1 or 2 close up on the hands shots in the first meeting between them. those were shot by Willie Mosconi. they say that Jackie could have been a pro if he chose to. and Paul who never played before taking the part could run a few racks...
