I have purchased OB-shafts from several dealers and also second hand, but how can I see whether a shaft is "banned" by OB or not. Maybe there is a hidden code somewhere even in partials, but I am not aware of that. Anyway I am very happy with my shafts and the service I have received from OB:-)...

I received my new Prulhiere cue last weekend. Playability is very good - doesn't look bad neither. So Jim (Baxter) up to you to make the joint protectors. I need one for the butt, one for the extension (also 3/8x10 pin) and three for the shafts. Please send me a pm when you have the time...

I break with an ob break shaft with samsara tip, and I am very satisfied. Have tried the bk2, but not the bk3. Would like to try the bk3, but no way I'll buy as long as I am that happy with the ob break shaft. I do also play with ob1 shaft on my player. I guess I would go for the ob break shaft...

Thank you so much for your answer. I am trying to get more pictures. I have been asked to make a bid on the cues, but that is quite hard without knowing more. I don't want just to make a low ball offer neither. The pool community in Norway is small, and I don't think it is fair. Unfortunately...

Does anyone recognize any of these cues? All I know is that they have been used in the 70's.

For shafts I would recommend OB1. For a complete cue you can't go wrong with an Erwin cue - probably most value for money at the moment. ....and sure it is my personal opinion.... -Jon Birger
