    I've contatced Brunswick on-line and received complete and quick responses, including a name and phone number of someone at Brunswick to call if I needed further help. Maybe they just don't like Arizona. It is quite hot there (only 106 here today).

    I couldn't agree with you more, simmer1. I recently bought a cue from Doug and couldn't be more pleased. It is a great playing cue, and looks great as well. I think everyone should own a Doug Patrick cue (blatantly sucking up for a discount on my next one :grin:).
