Does it match a Black Boar butt exactly? A member PM'ed me to ask if the shaft matches a BB butt exactly and has the same size ring as a BB. I can't answer that question because I don't own and have never played with a Black Boar cue. But I just PM'ed Jack Justis to see if he can answer those...

Pics added I just added three pictures of the shaft. Looking at the tip, it looks to me like an Elk Master.

Bump I just measured the ferrule, right below the tip, and got 12.4mm. I think that when the tip was replaced, it took the diameter near the tip down a bit. The shaft, just below the ferrule, measures 12.68.
