I'm a beginner so I don't even attempt it. I focus on 2 shots at a time spending about 30 mins on them. But I do wonder...in order to actually complete the workout in 60 minutes you'd have to only take 1 or 2 attempts max at each shot. There's 27 shots in the workout, if u take 30 seconds on...

I'm a firm believer that the better player will always win slop or no slop; however, I can't even imagine how pissed off I would be if we are hill-hill and my opponent beats me with a lucky shot, like the one Efren pulled off in the first rack, on the 10 ball. Especially when therez $3,000...

Randy, Wouldn't the straight-ins count as testing stroke and alignment? I've always read here that they are a great way to work on your stroke, so that's what I've been doing to improve my stroke. (I shoot with a striped ball to check for unwanted sidespin) The straight up and down the table...
