I believe the rule also states that the incoming player must acknowledge that he has been told he is on 2 fouls. If Danny made this acknowledgement and then did this, then is was a douche move.

The top players will tell you that they would love to have a tourney format that is race to 11 or 13 and 2 out of 3 sets against their opponents. I wonder why?

Oh, so you admit that Shane winning 2 out of the 4 events (both being rotation games) at DCC is a tougher feat. After all, it was like he won 2 tournies while playing in 4 tournies day in and day out for a week straight.

So, basically you are saying that luck is a bigger factor In a tourney than skill. Otherwise, these world champions would love playing longer sets because you, " understand that in a long race the better player wins.." Then, by your logic (:rolleyes:), a race to 100 is a better test of skill...

I guessed you missed the part that I was agreeing with "most" of you. Please re read post #74 and let me know,where you got stumped.

Lol, that is just one variance. Rolls do not last forever. In a longer race, the better player will usually outrun the rolls. Why do you think most gamblers play ahead sets? Because players getting rolls do not mean as much as they do In a standard race because they can be overcome.

The better player will be able to adjust to the variances in any reasonable length race.
