Simonis If you know anyone that has a black light you can put it up to the cloth and it should say Simonis, you cant see it with out the black light, hope this helps thanks gary

gold crown 3 ok thanks I will try that, my plan was to use the wire wheel and buff on it and then repaint it and clear coat. Im not going back with the same color. thanks gary

How do you remove the rail trim on the gold crown III, looks to have brads in the wood but how do you get them out without gouging up the wood. I want to remove it to polish and repaint or just sand to a nice finish. thanks gary

On shaft I think he bought the shaft on e-bay, it didn't have a collar on it just a 1/8 thin black backing which was actually part of the insert, when I turned it to .625 I ran into the phonlic . So I went on an installed the new collar and it was fine but I was a little concerned . Thanks Gary
