What is the standard rail height, ball is 2 1/4 so if the center of the rubber is 1 1/4 seems like it would be high enough, but the ball jumps when it hits the rail,:eek: now if you raise the rail up about a 1/8 it is better but i will have to add a shim all the round the table. any ideas...

slates with pins I Fugured out what to do with slates with pins, CUT THEM OFF:smile: NOW I CAN GO HEAD AND SHIM THE SLATES WITH NO PROBLEMS

ok I always thought that the slates that had pins would line up perfect, but this one doesn't, :eek: and you cant shim or you will be putting presure on the slate and might crack it. so do you float the middle slate and then bring the ends together and shim then up to match. thanks gary :rolleyes:

Velocity Hi, I have the same problem with my table I put on the Velocity and right away I noticed that it was much slower. If you feel the top its alittle course and 860 is much smoother. thanks gary

This is a gold crown 1 that needs the rubber replaced and the angles cut and the rubber shims replaced and then recover the rails back with cloth. thats about what i thought about 350. thanks
