What I did Scott, was experiment with 9 different formats, from 6 x 9 trim size to 8.5 x 11, and with 10, 11, and 12 point fonts, trying to determine the optimum size of trim and font. Within that process I accumulated an inordinate amount of soft cover proofs, all of which I am offering now...
