Expanding the wants to include diveney, Scruggs, AE, PFD, frey... Just another known cue maker. Wrapless and 3/8x10 are musts still.

I have a McDermott defy at 12.4mm if you're interested. I know they make smaller ones. But I think the sizes are 11.75, 12.4, 12.75.

How cheap?

It was a personal issue with a representative of Jacoby. That is what it boils down to. Cue is still great and the black shaft is great. I just no longer want to own anything made by them.
