    Tables at Turning Stone

Hi Johnny No, they do not play longer than the Bruswick. But if you are used to the livelier banks of the earlier design then the Blue logo Diamond will play a little longer than one expects. I think the Blue logo's play wonderfully and very true. Jim

Before you post - Are You a Real Mechanic?

Maybe I missed something but... I don't recall reading no one but mechanics could post. All that was stated was to qualify your "expertise" or not pose as a mechanic if you are not one. Makes it easier for us owners to assess the responses and opinions offered. Did I miss read? jim

NEW Diamond tables - how long did you wait?

Hmm, seems like poor planning on your part when deciding on Oregon as a place to live. A little more research and you may have decided upon, I don't know, maybe Indiana? Or if you had bothered to confir with us, you could have saved your table money, moved to Boston instead, and played here...

NEW Diamond tables - how long did you wait?

Mark I was lucky. But to be fair, I think if I was adamant about Glen doing the install I would still be waiting :D While he said he would deliver it by the 15th of Oct. (my wife was quite firm with him ) his schedule was changed due to "life". So he arranged for Jay to do the install...

NEW Diamond tables - how long did you wait?

Realized I didn't answer your time question. It took just under 3 weeks from the phone call with Glen to the installation. Somehow he he managed to get us a one from the "Blue" production run at Diamond, delivered to Jay at A-1 Billiards in New Hampshire, and driven down to MA to meet his...

NEW Diamond tables - how long did you wait?

We wanted Glen to set ours up but his schedule is way to fluid. Aren't there any other mechanics that he endorses out your way? We ended up have Jay from A1 Billiards do ours and he did a wonderful job. Remember, these tables come from th efactory pre assembled. Thus, the typical install (Jay...

My conclusions on Diamond Pro-Am vs. Brunswick Gold Crown V

Mark The table is worth the wait. I too was on the fence between the "Blue" Diamond Pro AM and the GC V. Went with the Pro AM due to Glens assurance it would play great with minimal adjusting to a GC (New England is Brunswick country). He was correct on all counts and the table plays fantastic...

    "Diamondizing" A Table Thread

The "revised" Pro AM does not bank short nor does it appear to reject well hit balls from the 20*-30* angle. I have one of these new models and am quite pleased with its playability. :) jim
