    McDermott question

    Hi Dave Unfortunately, I do nt think McDermottt will warranty the cue. The Warranty is non transferable, only good for the original owner. This is what I have read and I have been doing that alot lately because of my own cue. Sorry, hopefully I am wrong Jim

    socks, your'e great. Thanks alot! The cue is "only" $280 (cheap compared to the what the other maniacs here spend:eek: ). SO I guess it is off to McDermott and see what they do about it. Order a new cue (differnt model of course) from Neilson's to replace it :D Thanks again for your help socks Jim

I know about Mcdermott's warranty and didn't explain myself well enough, as usual :confused: The cue was bought from one of the large Canadian dealers, came what appeared to be as used....some blueing of the tip and it was only about half the height...

    waiting period

    Hi I just joined today after months of lurking. After waiting a couple of hours I replied to the email confirmation asking how long the wait is. I got a "your account is activated" replay right away. Maybe your friend should try replying to the email and he may get lucky like I did? Jim
