    Valley 9' Tables

That's because there is a system of support for 7' bar tables, called leagues. Pool rooms with 9fts have no support system to drive a customer base with.

    Valley 9' Tables

Yes, they use to back in the 90's back when I was manufacturing my own line of 8ft and 9ft coin operated King Cobra pool tables. Valley and Dynamo both tried testing out the 9ft market. The problem with their 9fts, was that they were built on the same frame design as their 8fts, 3/4" side...

    Figured out the table issues

If I've said it once, I've said it a 1,000 times, Diamond rail bolts need to be torqued to 15 ft lbs!!!!

Installing Carom Table VS Pool Table

I don't use a fold on the corners, so how does that effect the short rail banks???

    Sivissidis pool table video...

Even 10 bolts per rail don't have a thing to do with how level the table is, keep that in mind.

    Cutting rail cloth

But you didn't take pictures of the areas of the rails that are a dead give away on purpose, the ends of the rails near the pockets, where the stretch is the most obvious.

Rail cushion or Rail design wrong

I'm thinking by looking at the sub rail pictures you posted, your rails are built out of Fir, laminated together, 1 1/2" thick, using T-nuts inserted between the top, and lower boards before they were laminated together to create the anchor points to bolt the rails down to the slate. I'm also...

OK lets start some trouble LOL (Diamond System)

The first diagram you posted is of a snooker table, snooker tables don't have Diamonds in the rails. They only use 4 diamonds to indicate the head and foot of the table for the placement of balls.

OK lets start some trouble LOL (Diamond System)

How come snooker tables don't use the Diamond system? Banks are still performed on snooker tables, aren't they?

OK lets start some trouble LOL (Diamond System)

What table was the Diamond system of calculating banks was first designed for, a billiards table using no pockets, or a pocket pool table? And you didn't mention anything about the cloth comparison, why not?
  20. realkingcobra

OK lets start some trouble LOL (Diamond System)

That's because the Diamond system was developed for playing billiards, not pocket pool. Billiards tables have about 1,000 less variables to deal with, than the Diamond system on pool tables present. The Diamond system is a carry over idea to pool tables, but compare the 2 games. 3C tables have...
