There was finally some movement in the tracking and the cue has been in and out of the hub that services Brian's PO and is on the way to the hub that services Rons. I would guess someone shook it loose out of the local PO today.
The next part is tricky. I've had my hub (on a return to me) spin...

That return to sender is just the status of the package. It became that when you set up the refusal. That has nothing to do with where the package is.
PO to hub is hours max, it was never scanned out of your PO and to the hub or for that matter, scanned into the hub. If everybody's...
I dig them big time. Dig the Vikings and the Paradises and the Palmers and the Balabushkas and the TADs lots. I always liked the touch myself, but cue makers aren't slamming a bunch of plastic into cues these days.
Yup. 1/2 the time the employee can't find a scanner, or its broke. I've seen carriers at Christmas delivering stuff with no scanners simply because there weren't enough to go around.
They are broke.
I never figured you didn't get hosed. Please don't see my claiming Brian is no ogre in any way means that I didn't believe you got a raw deal. Getting the cue back is what you need to be whole. Were it me, I'd be on the horn with the Mgr of the PO where it looks like the cue is and be all about...
If your cue had left Brian's PO on the 9th it would have been scanned into the delivery hub by now. Hell, it would be delivered to you by now. You might want to call the NAUGATUCK PO.
OH I hate this, TATE is right (first time ever) and it looks like that cue is sitting at Brian's local PO (or their hub missed a scan). I'd be calling the NAUGATUCK PO manager if it were mine.
TATE, I'm holding payment until the next scan, just to make sure the hub doesn't show up with an...
If anyone would like to buy this cue direct, I'd be happy to fade the eBay fees.
Over/under on time to sale?
Thanks

It is, in fact, an opportunity to judge, and as we know here on AZ, a chance to judge others and point our fingers is the new national sport.
Sooner or later, everyone comes in the cross-hairs.

Brian was cancelling. It was for sure his obligation to send the cue back, which he did. Refusal of delivery is a perfectly valid method, I assume he didn't open it as there was no reason to and that is exactly what refusal of delivery is for. The item is still trackable by the original...
I don't think its BS to say a discussion of the man's honor regarding his commitments can be had without considering all the commitments the man made regarding the cue.
Snowman's; version of the events would fit just the same if Brian had just decided "for no reason at all" to cancel a deal...
And your version completely leaves out the fact that Brian made a prior commitment with the cue. I guess you don't see that as important and I think that it is. Regardless of where we stand on this weighty issue I think you would have to admit the prior promise might at least belong in the...
Looks to me like Brian was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Had he honored the trade and the OP of this thread was the buddy he had promised the cue to on a prior commitment, then it would still be Brian's bad in everyones' eyes. he'd still be getting B-B-Qed on the same deal, with...
