He stopped using Ivor-X ferrules many years ago and I dont believe he has anymore.

His shafts are a 10" pro taper. Most of the cues he makes weigh close to 19 oz, he does prep the butts to take a weight bolt, but for a light cue as you say lesser than 18 oz, it would most likley need to be custom ordered.
