Cue nearly completed

This cue started out as a John Davis blank that I purchased
from Martin (Jazznpool here on AZB) mid June of 2015.

Then I supplied the cue maker with a round piece
of ivory for the rambow ring. He used the very last of his old
brown phenolic stock on this cue.

This cue maker was also given 3 sets of custom joint
protectors to make as my net worth is not substantial enough for the guy in
Hawaii to get off his butt and make for me

This cue maker was instructed to keep the cue traditional
with his own sense of style which resulted in this ringwork

And for something different with old school style he was
instructed to put a cork wrap on it.

One year has passed since I placed the order for all of
the above with this cue maker.

In that year he has done everything from winning ICCS shows to displaying
his work at major events like SBE, DCC and still be able to complete his
orders in a reasonable amount of time in a 1300 sq ft shop.

He is presently negotiating for a 5800 sq ft shop and working insane hours
to honor his orders. It is a good thing for us he is a young man.

This cue makers name is Josh Treadway, and he is worthy of your business

Your cue builder deserves all the adulation and praise coming to him, as on AzB we don't recognise cue builders of honour enough! Well done, Mr Treadway.

The ringwork is absolutely beautiful...Treadway cues hit great very solid with the big radial pin...you are very lucky to recognize quality workmanship. Enjoy

Very nice. I tried contacting him Treadway a couple of times and I can't get him to respond to an email or call...lol. Oh well.
