Don't forget the mismatched balls and filthy, worn cloth. The last 10b event definitely showed the difference between template and had racking in pro tournaments. No one could get a consistent break going. Good for variations in layout and making it tougher to make balls, but bad for match length.

This is why I like the new race to 3 sets of 4 format with winner break in each set. Gives players equal chances to run a pack and stop the bleeding in the overall match. Players trading blows is fun to watch.

So far it's been really good. Stream was a little off at first, but it's their first event with it. I expect stability to improve and more features/interface tweaks to come in the future. Watching on Chrome browser in Windows and on an Android tablet.
