European Open 2025, Sarajevo, March 11-16

I would love to see WNT help pool fans with the time differences. In snooker, when I login, they must recognize my IP and show American East Coast times.

I'm excited to watch Soufi v. Gary Wilson. Times on WNTTV.com say 5 a.m.. Times on WNTTV live score say 12 noon. I'm not sure what time they are playing in East Coast USA time. Does anybody know?
Yeah, their attention to detail on their electronic/social media platforms is piss poor. They didn't even bother to specify any match times on the live site this morning until the second round of matches was already underway. And the not displaying times to end users in their local times zones is just stupid. It isn't like that is black magic or anything, it has been well known for years how to do it. Hopefully they will iron all of this stuff out.

Yeah I subscribe today to wnt TV and it's quite glitchy moving around, and not the best layout
Why can't I see which matches are on which table without opening them and what time they started and a schedule e.t.c

Was very difficult to get on my TV browser as well using my laptop instead. Anyways hopefully they fix it up.

Sanjin really looking like he's going to be cruising through this match up

Thanks. I have done that in the past. I get confused when one website says 5 a.m. and another says 12 noon for the same match. :p
Yes and trying to figure out the timezone and which country uses daylight saving time is a PITA, this method should work 100% 😅

Yes. Gary just didn't seem dialed in. Soufi, though, was getting out of line quite a few times. He'll have to play better than that to rise to the top.

soufi leaves himself long quite often but for the most part he makes the shots. definitely not textbook 9-ball. it's fun though

Several different timezones and 256 full field might push towards earlier mornings
Same time zone as when the event was held in Fulda, Germany. MR didnt start quite so early. Wonder if that affects some players. No matter. They all face the same.

Be great to see and hopefully SVB can break his poor run against Josh. I’m not so sure that Josh has his number but maybe he has got into SVB’s head a bit
Yup. SVB needs to get through Ko Pin Yi first.
Excited for this Oi/Gangflut match. Naoyuki has been playing well also.

Pulling hard for Sanjin. Kid's been solid and it'd be cool to see the top local make a run.

oi always goes under the radar until he's there in a QF and noone understands how he got there. probably because of his clown persona

to me, the bottom half looks tougher. many upsets in the top half with biado, feijen, chua out

It's all about match timing. Once MR starts a match, it has to stay with it. They were trying to time for SVB, perhaps Sanjin vs Kaci, and maybe Shaw-Soufi. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Plus their cameras are set up for just three tables. If seeds had held, Ponger-Bongers would have been Biado-Feijin instead.

Matchroom should do more matches on the weekend.

Friday afternoon, evening
Saturday morning, afternoon, evening
Sunday morning, afternoon, evening

I don't have time to watch games on the weekday.

People have jobs!
