Buddy Hall called me tonight and said he was back in stroke-

I am glad that Buddy is back running balls. The man has always been one of Hero's but with said lately when I see him playing match's on line it appears that his health is not so good. I hope things continue to go his way because when I met him in the 1970's he was larger than life and...

Want to start making some cues

Some where between $10,000 and $20,000 will get you are started buying equipment and materials. It could cost less or more based upon doing some research and based upon the time you take to do it. Cue making is not cheap, almost every cue maker to a single man bought things they did not need...

What would you do if you received a cue with shafts thinner than advertised?

My thoughts are that you should not started a thread until your promised repayment was not sent. Mistakes happen and if the seller lives up to his end of it there is no harm / no foul, if the guy was a Scammer to would not have a agreed to a refund. Just my opinion, and hope the seller follows...

Palmer Style Cue Cases from the early 80's

I can't take any trades on these cues. If you fit them tight you can fit two butts and two shafts, however, I think they were made for two shafts and a single butt. Thanks for your interest.

    Can anyone identify this?

This is one of those items that should be keep and passed down through the family. These cue were imported from the 1960's to date and they have little value except sentimental value. As I said above I would keep it in the family and pass it down with stories about your Grandfather.
