This is an excellent product...I have one...If anyone has a high end cue or expensive LD shafts of anykind, I would not use anything but this to protect my shafts when using a bridge for any shot.

Yes, you are absolutely right. The 2 newer shafts are a tad bit lighter than the 2 original shafts. The cue was made in July/August 2010, and I got the new shafts in March this year. I have not played with the cue since December 2010. Thanks for the compliment and your interest!

Here's more pics ... I just noticed that there are a series of 2 white parallel lines running accross the butt of the cue, and on the shafts in the pictures below. These are reflections and is not on any part of the cue or shafts whatsoever.
