    Cue out of Texas.... possibly a Verl Horn cue.... "He used Prather points.... I saw Many of that color scheme in Mike Betts shop. Mike was a Tulsan, Mike Learned cue making from Verl. Send your pics to jeff at Prather cues- He will probably confirm what I am saying here

    When you removed the rubber bumper from the cue butt-looks like there is a flat, steel washer inside...see if you can also remove the flat, steel washer too, thereby exposing what type of weight bolt is installed in the cue.... Cue is possibly a Jerry Rauenzahn cue
