thanks. I'm not honestly sure what a "laminated" leather tip consists of, but I see a "solid" leather tip is still pretty low on the hardness scale

good point. I don't have much experience with what I suppose are "treated" leather tips, but I've seen phenolic tips crack cue balls

ha, I got no beef with players playing. and I can jump a little bit..as I suggested, there's an art to it but there's an art to cornhole, too..and the consensus seems to be that jump cues aren't really adding to the game I offered a constructive critique, with a possible future in which jumping...

watching yapp vs. capito now- these guys are incredible players but I just seen them shoot three successive jump shots.. sure there's skill to it, and I realize jump rules are unlikely to change but more often than not, jumping looks sterile, and sounds dissonant kicking balls appears so much...

reminds me of a story regarding an african drumming apprentice for one year, he fetched water and did chores, and learned about life after that time, he finally got to touch a drum to me, there are many ways to learn many things.. but there's no substitute for having a strong foundation

no doubt, I wouldn't put it all on mike- was thinking it could be more of a volunteer/forum collab was thinking about anything/everything pool- not just 1p- but you're right in that good stuff already exists-

this reminds me of an idea to collate/edit "the best of azb" into an actual book if it were done well, I think such a book would be as good as any other out there of course a comprehensive volume would take a lot of work to put together but a lot of the work (the actual writing) is already...

I've used taom for ~six months after being a dedicated master chalk user for several years I like the taom because it's clean..it feels "wet" and sticks better than "dry" master chalk otherwise tho, I'm happy to use either..taom is pricey, but does last awhile..recommend
