Get a 7’ and have a table size you might play on if you go somewhere to play. And you would almost never use a short cue. if I didn’t have full space for a 9’ I wouldn’t hesitate to get a 7’

I like the propel better than both of your options. It almost jumps too easy. But like was said above, trial and error are best. Work on your jump stroke and find a cue that feels right.
