    I have it, Do you?

I have so much pool stuff, cues that are very desirable but not perfect, tons of extra shafts that are playable but not perfectly straight, gobs of scuffers and accessories that just aren't worth taking pictures of and trying to sell individually. Cues that you just don't care about but don't...

Wetting my feet in cue making, tapering question.

Oh my goodness. I am sad as hell to hear that. I lost my son in 2016. I miss him horribly. I still have the most wonderful family in my wife and daughter. That is a real blessing for me. You are not supposed to out live your children! God bless you and may we all be re united with our lost loved...

I have often wondered what ever happened to you. It's great to have you my friend! My Adam collection borders on the ridicules actually. I like it that way of course. 🎱

Using a wood ferrule for Carbon Fiber shaft

OB ferules were made of stacked little pancakes of maple. Very prone to splitting and chipping. I would use a single dowel with a tip pad to preserve some structural integrity. The stack of maple cakes was kind of cool looking but ever so fragile.

    ID Threads

When I joined this forum 90% of all I.D. questions involved an unmarked 1970's Adam cue. Nice build good looking and no mark. Now most people know what they are. I don't mind helping when I can or scratching my head on some others. An up and coming number of people are finding cues that were not...

    ID Threads

They do not bother me at all. It sucks how many cues are made with no identifying marks at all and so many have logos that are not widely known. Should people who want to know what the heck their cue is go away and find a pool and billiards forum somewhere? It seems to me about enough people...

Help identify an unknown / unmarked pool cue?

It is a rather nice cue you have there. No doubt, I highly suspect it to have been made somewhere in Asia all the same.

Help identify an unknown / unmarked pool cue?

I noticed the machine work demonstrates some tear out and the means in most circumstances on a cue with this level of design and materials that is probably high production. That tends to lead to an Asian country that makes many cues of the same design but not a high end maker who is very very...

Possible to extend shaft length from 29 to 30 inches?

I'm actually a fan of DeeDeeCues. I can be rather abrasive at times! However I certainly harbor no ill will at all, in fact quite the opposite. I have a great deal of respect him, his wisdom, and his willingness to share it with us. Thank you for that.
