Joe Barringer, Que Components.com, has formely announced his retirement

If you are going to offer an "in-house" product, the origin of the product should be clearly stated. Business relationships are like any other...Once you lose trust, you've lost everything. Just my .02¢.

    Crical Pro- great Amazon deal

Believe me when I tell you that I can definitely tell a difference as it relates to my draw shot. I can pull the cue ball back "better" with one shaft vs the other. Just my experience. 🤷

    Crical Pro- great Amazon deal

I don't necessarily agree. I have different shafts with the same tip, installed by the same installer. The two shafts feel different, and they perform differently. I can definitely get more spin out of one than I can the other. The shaft may not be the only factor, but it is definitely part of...

Rhino CF vs Raven CF vs Cuetec Cynergy

I've tried the Raven shafts, and they're fine. I actually have their 13mm break shaft, that I use with my Cuetec Avid Surge Break Cue. It hits amazingly hard, and I will be keeping it. That being said, I've decided that the CF playing shafts aren't for me. I'm going to stick with a torrified...

Need Advice on Cue Purchase and Return situation

I'm not sure if the buyer necessarily "goes off into obscurity." Like you said, the high end cue market is a small place. Many of the high end sellers might have just crossed a buyer off of their potential customer list. Personally, if I have bent over backwards trying to make someone whole, and...
