My suggestion to Buddy would be to have someone professionally digitize his book and sell it online at $25 to $30 each. Less money invested by comparison to printing another edition. And much simpler.

FWIW, I believe that all tournament used Pro Ams are one-piece slates... for a fast set up and take down... if you go that route. And a 3-piece Pro Am is a special order item, or it used to be that way.
