OB falls into pocket while CB is in transit to hit it, Is this a foul?

if its just a friendly game, i'd replace the ball and cueball and let the opponent shoot again. If it were a tournament or league, i'd explain the situation and have whoever is in charge make the call to avoid arguments.

Should your Chin be on the Stick, or what's comfortable for you?

I just started doing this, after 20 years of playing. Felt a little awkward at first, but i took video of myself last night, and it looks like very good form. I have an issue (although allison fisher herself told me its not a problem, during a lesson with her) with my head moving during warm up...

Taken lessons from any strong player?

Yes, some house pro out of a pool hall in Boston ( complete waste of time), and allison fisher in 2021. Allison was good, but the class size was larger than advertised, which irritated me, and resulted in the one on one time being pretty small. Honestly, i learned far more by myself by taking a...

Cue stick stroke with a spin.

Not advocating for it.....just saying it can be done, and can be done at a world class level. Everyone has their own style. Look at bustamantes stroke and oliver ortmans sideways arm.

Cue stick stroke with a spin.

I have some closeup videos of earl strickland playing when he came to my area last summer. In my videos from behind him, i noticed that he does this. He twists his hand/wrist some when he strikes the cueball. I pointed it out and talked to some strong players who were also there and they found...

    Predators new closed finger gloves…

I prefer closed fingers. The open ones always roll down on my fingers and i constantly have to pull them up, or the cue touches skin and drags. Not a chance in hell id buy the predator one. I bought a pack of cheapies on amazon. 10 of them for $12. They hold up better than my molinari and kamui...

Sale forum is going to pot

I drove over an hour to buy a shaft from someone on here only for the guy to message me last minute and say he wont be showing up. He did offer gas money to be fair. I was more irritated about the wasted time. I wont organize a meet up like that again.

What would you do? Custom 24 month wait or instant Gratification?

I'd wait a few weeks for a cue, not years.

    Pechauer Black Ice for breaker?

i have their whole breaker setup (pechauer naked breaker with black ice shaft). Ive only had it a few months, but i like it. It delivers better results than my cheap amazon special that i used for years. You cant go wrong with anything pechauer honestly.

    Aiming for power draw

how loose is very loose? fingertip- only loose like bustamante? I hold it "the baby bird" method. Firm enough that it is under full control and doesnt slip, but not a tight death grip on it. I actually grip the cue tight while getting down on the shot and into position, and then loosen up the...
