I’ve had great success with the Ultraskins. I personally play with the Ivory. Thoroughbred and SIB are another good choice.

Just got a few add-ons to try out. Maybe not life altering, but nice little improvements. The jaw jackets are nice. Don’t have to switch out collets. The dial indicator holder is easier to set up than my DIY version. And the steady rest collet is easier to deal with than the sliced hose piece.
