I have nothing but good things to say about OB shafts. Have used them for years and they are a quality product. If your personal preferences in feel and hit align with the OB shafts you have found the holy grail. I recommend hitting a few balls with a borrowed OB first to see if it is what you like.

It sure can ... and just about any cue maker or repair person can do that for you. The only hard part would be matching the color of the phenolic to the existing ring on the joint. There are many different shades of brown. Perhaps someone here will respond with an offer to do that for you. Willee

Here is a photo showing the spacer under the tail stock post. I think this will work OK unless there was some reason it was made to be lower.

Bought a used Taper Shaper and part of it was delievered today. Was squaring up the frame and adjusting what I could and noticed the head stock and tail stock centers were off quite a bit. As you can see in the photo the tail stock is about .02" lower than the head stock. There is no adjustment...

Yes I can ... I can have it all ways. True they did do a sub standard job and charged me for A+ work. However ... I understand how mistakes can happen and have corrected it and moved on. I never intended to crucify them over one bad ferrule installation. Love the way the OB cue plays ...

Sent my OB shaft to OB cues because the ferrule was cracked and asked them to replace it with a new one and a Kamui clear tip. I did not want to do it because I did not have any of their carbon tip cap disks ... dont see one on here either. This is what I got back today. Called them about it and...

It would sound to me that Pre-2017 OB cues will become the desirable choice and the value will rise accordingly. A PREDICTION ... in 60 years Royce will be considered a magical cue making wizzard and Pre-2017 OB cues will be worth thousands ... just like the vintage SouthWest cues are today. Willee
