For me it's between the Joss and the Fury. Both are great looking cues, the other two are a distant third and fourth place. If you are going to put me on the spot I would buy the Joss. Good luck.

Well .. that is the problem with wood - all wood, any wood - It can all warp and then your cue is toast. A friend had a very expensive custom, he paid big bucks, these days it has a cheap shaft because the original shafts, both of them, have warped. Good luck.

WOW ... I think that is one of the best looking cues I have ever seen. I like it simple when it comes to cues and your Joss Custom absolutely knocks it out of the park for me. Looks fancy with great detail but not over done. Thanks for sharing.

This has been exactly my experience ... So, I am still looking for the perfect shaft. Perhaps the big step forward in shafts will come from new technologies and materials. I think everything that can be done with maple has been done. Good luck and shoot straight.

I have played with both and they hit the same .. I could not tell the difference. However I greatly prefer the united joint because of it's strength and durability. The United joint cues are slightly more forward balanced, that I could notice, and I favor the United joint for both of these...

You might want to check out Mezz -- very well made and offer different LD shafts, some of them are 12.5 mm I do agree with the previous opinion that a Schon with a 314 is a very nice cue !! Good luck.

All leather dries out over time. Pool tips, car seats, sofa's in your home ect. We can apply different kinds of leather conditioners to the seats, sofa's, horse saddles and what not - to add moisture and keep the leather soft - but not to a pool cue tip. So yes, leather pool tips will dry...

I think you may have answered your own question. Most people are too busy, or do not usually look up statute, then review it and come to an understanding of what the Law really states, and it's real ramifications on us as pool players. I think further discussion based on the actual written...
