The problem was that the adjustable weight was loose and needed to be properly tightened. The Predator P3's have a very cool adjustable weighting system that allows you to create a range of 30 .1oz fine grain adjustments with only 8 different weights. -Ira

I have seen balls get deeply scratched or gouged after flying off of the table and hitting hard/abrasive surfaces. This is a time to get a new set of balls. I have never heard about or experienced flat-spots on balls, measles or otherwise as a result of hitting each other and not being resilient...

Actually, the prices did not change from MSRP. The website just adds the delivery charge on to MSRP. The original NY sales tax was originally set too low and now it is fixed. -Ira

These shafts are 69.2 cm. (27.25") Regarding repairs, I suppose Predator has to service unless you know a very good cue repairman. I'll try to get an answer for you.

Standard uni lock. Carom shafts are straight taper 11.8 mm at the tip.

The shafts all come with a Kamui soft installed.
