Try the 2P-10 with a pad. This way if it falls off again you will know if the tip comes off the pad or the ferrule comes off the cue where your problem is. I sent you a DM also.

Our new re-formulated soft will not mushroom or require any type of "break-in" period. Our Medium and Hard will perform better than the soft and will transfer more energy to the cueball.

The guy that created the video got it a little wrong (maybe a slight misunderstanding). Only the SOFT has been re-formulated to resist mushrooming. The Hard and Med have not been changed

After looking closer, those lines look like the tip was scored with a razor prior to install and you are seeing the scoring lines magnified through the curvature of the tip.

Yes, but it probaby will never need to be re-shaped. I recommend using a Tip-Pik type tool or something with metal sandpaper like the Kamui gator grip. We are working on a Recoil tip maintenance tool.
