I was looking at a couple of cues a custom & Mezz the custom had a uni-loc joint & the Mezz the wavy joint & was wondering if I was to get a Mezz is it possible to use a Katana shaft with them. That's why I need to know the difference.

As I've said in a couple of previous threads I'm looking to upgrade my cues & go custom, I have picked the cue maker & what I want done design wise but what I would like opinions on is wether or not $1,000 is an acceptable amount to have a matching pair of cues made? (One player & one break).

I have seen by chance while searching for threads on Katana cues one of these in the cue gallery & they look stunning, my question is: How the hell do you purchase them because all the sites either won't give a price or they are in Chinese.
