I know huh? It plays so good with this Scruggs, though. And whenever possible I want to sell two shafts with a cue, especially non production cue. Believe me, I considered just keeping the Josey :)

He bolt can essily be removed with a socket.

I have a pretty cheap scale but it saying it weighs 18.15oz with the Scruggs shaft and 18.05oz with the Keith Josey shaft. Between 14.20 and 14.50 for the butt - had trouble getting a good reading. 3.95 and 3.85 for the shafts.

Yeah, I wouldn’t add the weight but I’m trying to give him as much info as I can before a sale happens. That way he knows what his options are for increasing.
