I do not agree with this. Anything pool is ALWAYS about the money. These forums have taught me that much. Fedor would have to be an idiot to want to go to a team that has a lesser chance of winning. Why would he chance losing 10k over an unwise decision?

It makes more sense to change the name from the Mosconi Cup to the Reyes Cup and have European and Asian teams compete. Be better for the fans too, which is basically why they have the event. It's purely entertainment.
