What's your estimated fargo rating if you beat 9 ball ghost more often than not?

From what I understand about fargo rate you have to pay attention to "robustness" or how many games they have for you in the system. A good player can play his best pool in a couple tournaments and he'd be way overrated if that's all they have scored

What's your estimated fargo rating if you beat 9 ball ghost more often than not?

I'm an idiot. This is true but even in races to 100 there will still be enough variance so that you win around 51% of the races, right?

What's your estimated fargo rating if you beat 9 ball ghost more often than not?

I'm asking for an estimate. If you're beating the ghost 51% of the time chances are you also play people competitively. And yes pressure may get to you sometimes but say you beat the ghost 80% of the time, then you've probably got pretty good odds against most gamblers

What's your estimated fargo rating if you beat 9 ball ghost more often than not?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you beat the ghost 51% of the time you should win a race 51% of the time

Let's Make Jump Sticks, Tite Racks Illegal

I think solution is magic rack and opponent racks. You can check the rack after but can't fiddle with it. Maybe 9 on the spot. The craziness in 9 ball now comes from rack mechanics making spaces that wire certain balls. I don't see a problem with jump cues. Yeah there's less kicking but you...

    12.4 Revo vs 12.5 cynergy

When I see BHE described this way I have to point out that it all depends on the power of the stroke, especially with more English. You say that at the pivot point you can move your back hand to add english but you'll still hit your aim point. For the most part that's true but for power shots...

    Broken predator revo conclusion

If nothing else, you don't have to worry about dings. But it's also probably the lowest deflection and that's what a lot of players are after

    Cue centered between both eyes

I feel like eye dominance is not as important as it's made out to be. When you get down on the shot you don't have to have one eye or the other directly over the cue to know whether it looks right or not. It's probably different with firearms because you have to have one eye looking through a...

    Shooting Hard vs Shooting Soft

Other posters are correct that hitting it soft gives you a bigger margin of error but the reason it feels like hitting hit hard makes you more accurate is that a faster cue ball on a cut shot equals less CIT. Also a softer hit with any English will throw the ob more. And if you're jacked up at...

    Inspection of the Rack

the balls don't necessarily have to be touching for it to be a good rack. some spaces, depending on how big, are good for the breaker if he knows what to do with them. other spaces are bad and "slug" the rack. when you see players rack their own and they fiddle with the ball at the top, they're...

Speed control tips on certain cut angles

When the cut angle is around 30 degrees I feel like sometimes the CB comes off dead with little speed and sometimes it comes off flying. Y'all have any tips on how to ensure it does one or the other. This seems to happen a lot when the OB is near the long rail and you need to get the CB near the...

    How would you play this?

I'd probably go 9 first, get near the short rail then the 14, trying to go one rail across for position on the 11. If you get position, I'd try to draw back to get position for the 15 downtable. Then you have a lot of options. If you don't feel comfortable with the runout or get out of...
