I know of hundreds, if not thousands of events that still use Texas Express rules. Kinda like Texas Hold-em.....you might not like the state, but you play the game.

The rules havent 'moved on'....still in use all over the world. I think those links Mr. Jewett provided should provide you with enough info. However, if there is one particular rule in question, I or RandyG will be happy to provide you with answers.

Some of the Balicinis had 3/4 inch metal plugs/bolts glued in....both to bring up the weight, and to try to market them as break cues.

It is a high quality cue, and as for value, I dont have an Elite cue catalog handy. I would guess 395 retail.

Sorry, but the Texas Express rules contain no handicap match info. Generally, all balls made stay down, whether pocketed legally or illegally, except for the 9-ball. In handicapped matches, the concensus is, if a player illegally makes his spot ball, it stays down. However, if the player...
