does anyone have link to a copy of Texas Express Rules, Modified for handicap system.
I need it to show someone what happens when player getting the spot ball and he pockets it illegally and so forth.
I know what the rules are but I need to show them in print..

There are other rules to the spot balls such as Giving player making it on the break ( comes up after his inning)...Getting player ( comes up before his next shot) and so forth..

Thanks

Maybe I misremember, but I don't think the rule set from the Texas Express Promotions group ever included ways of handicapping. Around here there were some general commonalities but the rules were sometimes open for discussion.

I think it is easier to handicap by games on the wire. Everybody gets to play real nine ball.

I've ran a few tournaments with ball handicap.
The spot balls get treated like the 9-ball....they re-spot till legally made.

Sorry, but the Texas Express rules contain no handicap match info.

Generally, all balls made stay down, whether pocketed legally or illegally, except for the 9-ball.

In handicapped matches, the concensus is, if a player illegally makes his spot ball, it stays down. However, if the player giving up the spot illegally makes the spot ball, it comes back up.
