    Mark I'm sorry I took a cheap shot at "A Ref" not all your Refs. IMHOP that Ref made a bad call as it relates to your dress code. The BCA dress code is pretty simple women's dress are not required to have collars she was wearing a dress and the Ref made a bad call.
