Jake, I have used a few of these actuators. They are built nice however I don't like the way they mounted the leadscrews. I ended up replacing them with a better pitch and spring loaded them to one side for backlash issues. Still not a bad way to go though. Jim.

ATC="Automatic Tool Change". In the post that means that the M06 does not call a T code for a Tool as it needs to be changed manually. There is also a general setting in Mach 3 to either ignore M06 or to Feed hold for manual tool change. Jim.

You should be using mill 2 axes pocket and part. That actually refers to the axes that are moving simultaneously . Cut the strips of tape into thinner strips. You only need three. 1/8" strips. No load if you know what I mean.
